The New Dance Machine is owned and operated by Shaun Gehrke, an area DJ with over 10 years experience. He is known for his flawless mixing, and MC ability. With his club experience spinning records, as well as an appearance at The Detroit Electronic Music Festival, he has moved on to bring his mixing skills to a wider audience.
Our Equipment is all top of the line, and is fully backed up. We use only the best speakers, amplifiers, computers and other gear to make sure we deliver great sound quality every night. Brands like Cerwin Vega, JBL, Crown, Numark, AKG, Chauvet, and American DJ, can assure you we have better than the industry standard on all of our equipment.
Choosing our Platinum wedding package will put that elegant touch on your wedding you have been searching for. This package includes an entire day of service. We will be there hours before your guests arrive, setting up and making sure everything is perfect for your day. As your guest arrive, cocktail music, in the style of your choice will be played, and announcements made so your guests are directed where they need to be.
The time and effort that you put into making our wedding day special is much appreciated. You truly went above and beyond with your services, from setting up two nights before and doing lighting checks, to setting up an extra speaker in the back of the house during the cocktail hour, and doing such professional announcements to get families and friends where they needed to be for group pictures.
