Fantastic service right in my own driveway. They were on time , very fast and left my car cleaner than when I handed over the keys. They made the hassle of dealing with the insurance company to report a claim a very painless process. I am very happy with the service and the people who came to do the installation . I had a windshield replaced and we agreed to a generic windshield. When I realized they installed the wrong one they came out and made it right. Another time I called to get a rock chip fixed. They offered to do it for free if I could make it to one of their free chip repair days. I've had nothing but good service from them.

Some nasty person busted a window on our vehicle to get a few cheap tools. Anyways, called up On Site Glass about 8:30 and they picked up a part and were here by 10:30. Had it done less than an hour later. I have had a few windows broken into in the past dozen years on other vehicles, but I tried other window places and they replaced factory tinted windows with plain untinted glass. On Site replaced my busted factory tinted window with another tinted one! Even vacuumed up the glass, very nice :) Thank you Ian!

I won't use these guys again.
They installed a new windshield for me about a week ago. They were referred by my auto repair shop.
The window was fine but after the installation, there was an irritating rattling that wouldn't stop! It was at the bottom seam of the window. Both On Site Glass and my auto shop were in denial that there is a rattle. Unfortunately, my family went on a 5000 mile road trip and we had to listen to the rattle the entire way!!!
To make matters worse, we got a chip in our new window...NOT On Site's fault...obviously. I called to have them put resin
