2018 Tucson was damaged due to deer collision got my vehicle back in very timely manner. They were very good at keeping me up to date on repairs. The vehicle looks brand new. This is my second deer damaged vehicle they have fixed and have been very pleased with their work both times.

Hit a deer with my Jeep and Abra got everything fixed and replaced good as new. They have automated text updates to let you know where they’re at with everything which was super nice. Everyone was super helpful and professional. 10 outta 10 would recommend!

I was recommended to Abra not only by a friend but by an employee and my insurance representative. They were always nice, welcoming, prepared and mindful of my needs. I needed a rental while they worked on my vehicle so they made sure to work with Enterprise on securing a same size suv for me to use. They texted updates as they were working on my vehicle. Had to get the body of my SUV repaired. Lonny and the staff were super on top of everything, from communicating with the third party insurance company, quoting the repair, working with the rental car place, to sending us text updates us as the repair was being done. Repair took a week and I was able to take my vehicle home a day early. The ladies at the front desk were super sweet, too. Overall, great experience. It's unfortunate to have to deal with anything related to vehicle damage, but we are very pleased with the service and work put in by all.
