Wow! Favian and Jaime did an incredible job on our air ducts, dryer vent and bathroom vents. I’m so so so impressed and highly recommend this company. They showed me some before and after pictures, and happened to find a long lost family heirloom( a tiny baby earring that had a real diamond in it) in one of the vents. I look forward to using this… company again and highly recommend them! My house is 30 years old and has never had the vents cleaned. We had the ducts cleaned in our home post basement renovation and spent about $1,200.00. The workers did a satisfactory job. My problem is with the service provided for the money spent and the subsequent rude attitude of the owner when questioned. Pre work, we asked specifically if ALL vents in home were to be cleaned, except those that specifically related to an additional furnace that is seldom used. We were told YES, by the workers. After asking the question, I felt confident it included the dryer vent. I am now having trouble with the dryer and its venting. I called the company and was told

Staff was friendly on the phone and responsive to my questions and getting me an estimate. We are in the process of moving into an older home and have had the interior painted and carpet installed. We had Bee's come out after those jobs, per their advice. I'm glad they recommended this as the old air filter was covered in paint from the sprayers. The before and after pictures were night and day. We also had the dryer vent cleaned out. The house just smells clean now! Super happy with the job they did and would recommend them!

Our technician, Luis, was phenomenal. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the whole ordeal, on top of being super efficient and professional. We knew from our home inspection that this was going to be a BIG job, and Luis was happy to spend the extra couple hours beyond the initial estimate in order to give those filthy ducts the attention they needed (with no extra charge). Plus, the dryer duct - which we got a 50% discount on since we were already doing the duct cleaning - was a great addition; we were AMAZED how much lint came out of such a short pipe!

The onsite team was timely and professional. Answered all of my questions and followed safety protocols. Their customer service and owner was also very responsive to an issue that arose with my furnace immediately after my service. They offered to make things right if the issue was due to them. At one of my rentals, I recently had the furnace thoroughly cleaned with one company and they recommended another company for the duct work. The total for both was over $1600. Both companies did fine. However, I coincidentally contacted each of them for a follow-up question and for follow-up business, respectively—I have not heard back from… either one! For another rental, Bee's was recommended. Once you hire Bee's you will realize that most other companies that "offer" air duct cleaning are not giving you a "true" air duct cleaning. I did not fully realize this until I hired Bee's. They are AMAZING. Not only do they do a complete cleaning of your ducts and dryer vent but they also clean your furnace. They also will tell you about any problems. I hired them to do 3 houses and they identified 3 issues that we were able to fix immediately. Everyone at Bee's was wonderful! They did such a wonderful job and Kathleen was a pleasure and a breeze to work with over the phone! We had just finished out basement and we are expecting a baby next month so we wanted all of the construction dust and debris out and they did just that! This crew did a great job. They were early getting there but called to make sure it was ok first. They were friendly, efficient and maticulous. They are also affordable. Some companies quoted me double the price that Bee's charged me. I've used other companies for different properties and not had the great service i received with Bee's. They are now my go to company for air duct cleaning.
