Denver Dryer Vent came out and did a very thorough job cleaning my dryer vent today. I couldn't be more please with the service. The gentleman was very professional, friendly, and did an amazing job cleaning the dryer vent. I don't post reviews very often but because of the exceptional service I received today, I felt compelled to do so. I would definitely recommend Denver Dryer Vent - in fact I will be sharing my experience with a couple of co workers who were looking to get their dryer vents cleaned.

We had Taylor out here yesterday (6/20/19) to clean out our two dryers that we have. One of the dryers was broken and was going to be replaced but we still asked to have the vent and hose cleaned out since it was needed even if we were replacing it. Today when we went to replace the dryer we found that nothing had been done and lint was still completely piled up in the vent and hose. We sent an email to the company in hopes they could resolve the issue with a picture (which is attached below) and nothing came of it expect for them saying they did everything even though the image proves differently

Very professional company. The owner was wonderful. Helped me get set up with a tech on the weekend. The two techs that showed up got right to work. They showed me what they were doing, suggested a new hose (I'm surprised the old one was still working, it was so bad) and put everything back nice and neat. On the way out, one of them saw the sack of trash I had put next to the front door and asked if he could take it out for me. Both were professional as well as kind. I highly recommend. Thanks!

The only reason I am giving Denver Dryer Vent two stars is that Josh does a fair job of communicating. Service provided by Taylor was poor. Afetr being here for 57 minutes he said the dryer vent was clear - he did not use a vacuum as stated in their description of work. a couple weeks after this service was performed, my dryer started giving the clogged vent signal again. I requested another tech come out to reinspect and clean the vent (taylor was unprofessional and in my opinion physically unable to perform the work). After several cancelled appointments and long waits in between emails to Josh

I am a property manager who deals with repairs and technicians regularly in the course of my business. A technician from Denver Dryer came out and cleaned out the dryer vent at a property. In the course of cleaning out this vent, he damaged the blower wheel on the dryer. The tech referred me to the owner, Josh Garcia. Initially, Josh was slow to return my phone call, but ultimately he did successfully resolve the matter with me. I appreciate that he did the right thing and applaud his desire to make customer service a priority.

I have no idea if it works or not, he didn't move it back, clean up, use the vacuum etc, literally nothing stated in their website.
He showed up, ran a brush thru it once, charged $150, then left, all within 15 minutes.
Said he didn't have his company truck?
Told me I needed to remove the screen from the roof vent, but said he doesn't go on roofs and has a guy that would do it for an additional $120

After almost 20 years of having my gas dryer vented into our garage, I finally called the experts at Denver Dryer Vent to get it handled right! Amazing service- professional, knowledgeable and really saved the day in our home. Our dryer vent was so clogged it caused a condensation leak, which consequently leaked to the first floor. Denver Dryer Vent also determined our roof was not venting the dryer properly - which over time could have been a fire risk, among other hazards. Thank you Denver Dryer Vent!

Josh with Denver Dryer Vent exceeded my expectations! Josh arrived on time and communicated with me several times prior to arrival. Josh listened to my concerns then took time to evaluate the problem. Josh also explained his approach before he began work.
