I took Louis my sister's laptop that had taken a nasty fall and took some good damage. The touch screen no longer worked and it was falling apart pretty badly. I had taken the laptop to a different computer repair store the previous week and was told that it was not possible to fix and that I was better off buying a new one. Luis did a great job when my old PC died that morning. I explained that I used that PC for work and, if we couldn't save it, I needed that hard drive installed on another PC that same day. Luis immediately got to work on my PC, we couldn't save it because of fried mother board. Luis rebuilt a new temp PC from items in the back, installed my HD, loaded operating system, and I was back on the road that afternoon! He did all this for a very reasonable price. BTW - he always answers his phone!! I found my PC guy.

Dropped my laptop off first thing in the morning, the employee said it should be a "quick" Wi-Fi card upgrade, that would only take "a few hours". After a few hours, I stopped by since there was no phone call and I was assured that the job would be done soon, though Luis mentioned that he did not even touch my laptop.
