Let me start off by saying the negative reviews I am reading here do not accurately represent Dr Modlin's office. They may have had issues back in 2019 into early 2020. But my experience with the front office staff, nurse practitioners, and Dr Modlin were nothing but outstanding.
Dr Modlin is very easy to get on with. He clearly goes through the problem and procedures to correct the issue. He and his office checked in on me after my surgery.
Never had a long wait, was seen promptly on every visit.
A new issue had materialized. Dr Modlin again took time to listen to me, diagnose, and resolve

Dr. Modlin is amazing! Within 2-3 minutes he figured out what was wrong with my feet! I had been told for years that it was neuropathy and it wasn't! Had surgery on one foot no more pain! Will do the second in the fall. I greatly recommend Dr. Modlin! His staff is awesome also!
Had my second surgery 2 weeks ago! Again Dr. Modlin and his staff were amazing. Totally pain free! I would highly recommend using Annapolis Foot and Ankle!

This is my third visit to Dr. Modlin’s office, the last visit being three years ago, and for three different issues. I am so happy with Dr. Modlin for his attention and detailed diagnosis and great outcome after treatment. Carolyn and staff are also very attentive and thorough. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough!

Foot pain is, well, a pain and nice to have Dr. Modlin's experienced assistance in making it go away. Busy office so might be a wait at times--but just means they are doing their best to service patients completely. I ended up having surgery and must say the experience was not painful and I'm almost at the full recovery place 5 weeks out.

After previous visits with other podiatrists, lengthy physical therapy and appointment with a surgeon I returned to Dr. Modlin. He immediately diagnosed my issues that revolve around plantar fasciitis, Morton Neuroma and a slight fractured in a small toe. His instructions explained the why and the how to. I knew my Medicare insurance structure with Johns Hopkins Advantage wouldn’t cover the visit but I knew Dr Modlin would provide a correct diagnosis. I will be leaving JH Advantage as several of my doctors can not work with them. His staff were great.

DR. Modlin and the entire staff have been great. Needed surgery on both feet and he did the surgery himself. He takes time with you, explains everything, is extremely detail oriented.
The surgical center they also use is top notch. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside just like a hospital. The staff there were equally professional and friendly.

Dr. Moulin saved my big toe. Seriously, I was in bad shape. His office saw me right away and Dr. Modlin gave me honest, informative info on what could happen. I listened and followed his advice. You can’t do any better by seeing someone else. There is empathy, honesty, and professionalism. I like how cautious his staff is because of the pandemic. I feel safe being treated there. I wish I could give more stars. Great Doc!

My husband, Bill, has had great service from Dr. Modlin! He is a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. His surgery included a bunion removal & a toe alignment. His recuperation and follow-ups went well. We are happy to have chosen Annapolis Foot & Ankle and would highly recommend Dr. Modlin to anyone.
