Ernie was such a pleasure to work with! He represented the buyer for my listing, a cool vintage home in the historic district of Riverside with ADU potential. He is knowledgeable, professional, and no-drama. We own a unit in a historic building in DTLA. I contacted Ernie since he had been recommended by a few of my friends who had bought homes with him. Ernie did a fantastic job helping me find my 3 bedroom condo in Costa Mesa in August 2019. I met him when he was the listing agent on another property. Naturally we had a bunch of questions leading up to our desicion of refinancing our home. We tried speaking to other agents and had no luck. My husband and I recently sold our home and I cannot express how happy I am that we came to North Seventeen. Mr. Aguilar and his team answered all our questions and concerns that we had as first time home sellers. They worked with all our concerns and never made us or our questions seem inconvenient. I can't begin to rave about how great Nick Garcia and the North Seventeen team have been.
