Im sorry to read the last review posted as I have been doing business with this office since 1997 and have a completely different experience so much so I feel I have to share my experience.
Anne In the front office has been a pleasure to do business with she is knowledgeable, direct, and very accommodating. (Direct when it comes to liabilities, is a good thing in my opinion.)
I have known Anne since I was 19 years old and I am 39 currently; I changed Insurance companies when I moved away from the area but decided to return to that office because there is much to be said about FACE TO FACE relationships

I am cancelling because for almost 2 decades,for 19 years I gave my devotion to this office and I have been paying far more than everyone I know. I for some reason trusted this office blindly. I am a US veteran having served 8 years in the US Army and never did anyone in this office suggest a means for saving money on my policy. I am switching over to USAA and my MONTHLY payment is LESS THAN HALF the amount of what I was paying with Ted Jiggetts state farm.
