Friendly and very focused on the customer. We left with a comforted feeling of security with our insurance coverage and a trustable relationship with our agent. Megan and her staff were professional and provided comprehensive review of our coverage, way to add additional coverage that were were not aware of plus ways to potentially save money on out current coverage.

Just recently switched to another State Farm agency because I moved out of the area...but highly recommended this agency to anyone in the lower Bucks region!

I recently purchased a new motorcycle and needed a new policy for the bike. When I called Megan McShea‘s office Lisa explained the entire process and was very clear and thorough in setting up the policy. She answered all my questions and was very patient and understanding as she walked me through the process. I have been with this state farm office For over 50 years. Never again will I do business with them.... her staff is rude... laughed at me when I was upset that I had to call several times to cancel my insurance with them! In fact was lied to told I didn't have to do anything, it was canceled then got the renewal letter in the mail and it was never canceled....all in an attempt to trick me into staying with them!!! I wonder if they will laugh when I report them to the better business bureau for there shady dealings?!?!?!

Amazing customer service. Everyone in the office is so caring and thoughtful. They really take the time to answer and questions and concerns you might have. They also use their time to explain all your coverages and possibles you have. If you live around the Morrisville/Philadelphia area have them give you a quote. Life home auto business they will help you with it all.
