We could not have been more fortunate than to meet Taylor from Crown Environmental, LLC. He was so responsive in our initial contact with him and quickly met us at our house to assess our situation. While we thought he would be with us for an hour, because of his thoroughness and knowledge, he spent almost 4 hours with us. He took his time to explain all of the testing, the results and gave us incredible guidance as to what to do next for the mold remediation we would be needing to do. I am very satisfied with the service Crown provided, Taylor was amazing, not only was he well informed, accurate, professional, he was so concerned about my father's well-being. He continues to keep in touch with me to make sure the building my dad lives in, is doing everything they should to clean up the hazardous mold that is currently in his apartment. My dad is 87 years old and when Taylor came to take the mold test, he was so kind to my dad. That goes a long way in my book!! Taylor of Crown Environmental was very responsive, as other reviewers have mentioned. An appointment for asbestos testing took place as scheduled on a Friday, and test results were received via email by Monday evening. Taylor provided helpful answers to my questions and gave me referrals to companies who could do the removal. He also called to check on my progress, which was appreciated. No reflection on his company or referrals, but there seems to be significant variations in asbestos removal prices and even company procedures. Shop around and ask questions!
