Taylor, at the counter, and Colton, the tech, provided customer service beyond my expectations from start to finish. While waiting in the lobby I was able to hear how Taylor interacts with customers over the phone and spoke to and responded to his customers in a highly mannerable and business way. Colton made followed specific request regarding my installation needs and was able to finish the work order well before his indicated time.

Taylor is awesome! Love his customer service skills, and the jokes he has. He really knows how to make people laugh. I have been coming to this store for 16 years and have never had an issue. Went to Firestone at 10am for an inspection. The guy behind the counter said it would be about hour wait. I asked about alignments and brake fluid change. I decided I would make an appointment and have everything taken care of at the same time. I went home got online scheduled appointment for 2pm and made arrangements to be picked up. At 2pm I'm at Firestone. I told the guy behind the counter I have 2pm appointment. He said sorry we are booked for the day. I explained I made the appointment online. He said "well the problem with that is when you schedule it online I have to go in and confirm it
