I had an prescription for a cpap machine, I go in to meet a person so he can show me how to use it and measure me for a mask; he was not there they just handed me my equipment. Six months later I've been begging for a new filter (going on 2 months now), I keep hearing we will send you one in the mail. I still haven't received the filter. My Cpap machine keeps flashing saying I need a new filter. I called one week ago a lady asked me my address and said she was mailing it off. Guess what I still haven't received it!

Just terrible customer service. I dropped off a prescription for devices, which needed some supporting information from a different doctors office...
6 weeks later I stopped in to check why I didn't have my devices. First they had no idea who I was, then the - (my impressions here) coughing, bitter, Hates to be bothered with anything other than simply filling and easy order, old lady - finally remembered me.
"I called 3 different offices to find your information." Then apparently stuffed my prescription and information into the attic (!) "Because it's been more than a month."
Wow.

We drove over an hour to get there and try were closed on Saturday even though the website says they are open when they are not. Bad customer service - if you decide to closed on Saturday change it everywhere including in the web. Instead of just whiting it out on your sign that is hanging on the door.

A home medical equipment company. Needed to rent a wheelchair for my elderly Father. Paige as well as the drivers were pleasant and very helpful. Unfortunately not the case with Massi not sure what role she plays there but she has no customer service skills whatsoever. She accuses you and speculates before doing any research or even making in effort in looking into things to try to help you but instead blames the customer This lady is flat out rude and not willing to accept any responsibility whatsoever. Major reason why we returned the wheelchair.
