I called in the early morning and the office staff was able to squeeze me in the schedule due to a stye i needed treated. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. Dr. Chung was on time and was extremely professional and courteous as well. He listened to me and I did not feel rushed at all. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family.

Dr. Chung is great but we had scheduled appointments 10:45 and 11:15 am. They stated to us the wait was going to be a while after an hour and half already, so we had to rebook. We (my wife and I) got their at 10:35 am it was already 11:45 am and sitting in a crowded waiting room. We had other appoints for that day. It is not fair to our other doctors that they are late and understaffed. Today is July 16th, 2021 and the nearest rescheduled appointment is for January 2022. Not the way to treat patients.

Dr Chung, and the the entire team at Tenafly Eye Associates, are all very professional. Dr Chung took the time to answer all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. The entire practice seems to work like a well oiled machine. Patients coming and going, and yet all the staff know whose who, and everyone works well together, all very friendly, very polite, very helpful & knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Tenafly Eye Associates & Dr Chung for any of your eye care needs.

I had cataract surgery on my right eye in July 2020 by Dr. Stabile. My distant vision improved to near perfect and my close up vision got worse but I knew that would happen. I have since seen Dr stabile for a follow up and complained about clouds floating in my eye and I have to continually clear my vision. He prescribed prescription eye drops of which I took for the prescribed period. I had no improvement,I called back about a month later and the office personnel told me to buy over the counter eye drops and I said I would like to see Dr. Stabile. They said to try the eye drops,I tried them and

Dr Stabile is a wonderful doctor however if you book now you can see him in December! Dr Chung is good however the wait in the office can easily exceed an hour and a half which is unacceptable. and then when you go in there are different rooms you are sent to and finally at the end of the hallway you have made it to his office.
Dr Chung sees up to 77 patients per day and hopefully if you are one of the last he is still focused( no pun intended)

Very good experience. Had to go to Doctor office immediately due to cornea scratch to my kid eye.
Scheduling staff was very kind to accommodate on request.
My son was given a very thorough initial eye exam. Very nice friendly lady.
Dr Chung was very easy with the child and we had a good experience.

I have been a patient of dr stabile for 2 decades. Always pleased with level of care and professionalism. Recently had minor surgery. Never had better care. Dr. Stabile's staff and his team at the hospital are a well oiled machine. Was treated with kindness respect. Everything explained so clearly. Wish every medical experience met this standard. One week out, doing well. Would recommend dr. Stabile without reservation.

This is the best eye doc office I've ever been to. The receptionists are very upbeat and patient in a very fast paced environment. They honor appointments as best they can, but there's typically a 15min waiting period (not bad!). The office books at least a MONTH in advance, so grab an appointment for the future or use ZocDoc at your convenience!
The techs are informative and more than happy to explain procedures. I asked multiple questions regarding the machines they used and what they were looking for; I was met with reassurance the entire way.

Office manager needs to review how appointments recorded. An appointment I made by phone 2 months ago was not recorded properly. I showed up for my "scheduled" appointment and was told I had none. Apparently, if I had made the appoinment in person and had a card I might have received some consideration. Instead I was given an appointment for 6 weeks later.

Rude customer services name Charles and needed more patients in explaining the purpose of the signature. He needed customer service training on how to deal with patients . He is very impatient and no compassion to disabilities . this place is not great and long wait . Charles is screaming like treating a child . Please go somewhere else .

My experience here has always been excellent I freely recommend this place to anyone in need of a good eye center, I'm so glad I found Dr. Chung he is a very nice well experienced physician that takes his time to answer all my questions as a mother and always does it with such patience and an smile, moms can be a pain sometimes, he also takes time to ask my daughter how is she,how is school and homework going, is nice to see that is not only business he and all the staff are very caring of my 11 year old daughter when we visit. Soon my husband will start attending Tenafly eyes associates

Dr. Chung is professional, calm and caring. He takes his time, explains things clearly and is not pushy at all in recommending unnecessary treatments or products. That said I'm not sure I'll go back again. The wait was excruciatingly long. I waited for an hour before being brought into an exam room by an associate, and then sat there (in the dark) for another 15 min before Dr. Chung walked in. Other patients in the waiting room (mostly senior citizens) commented that they too had waited for over an hour and that "this is not uncommon in this office". If such long waits happen

Dr. Chung's speaking fluent English and is very good at what he does. He has the ability to perform Cataract Surgery. Tenafly is 10 minutes away from the George Washington Bridge in New York City.
