Awesome photo quality, and the crew was a pleasure to work with, up to and during our ceremony and reception. My wife and I were pleased with the photo shoots we had and the ceremony coverage and quality.
However here we are 3 years since our wedding date and we still have not received our final album. At the onset Andre and the team were very responsive and would coordinate with us for our shoots and respond to any questions we had in a timely manner. Once our ceremony and reception were complete we knew we would be in a waiting game, as their site does state it could be up to 2 years to receive

Andre did my photography and is so professional. He communicated with my fiancé and I throughout the entire process to make sure he met our wants/needs. He even recommends what time of the day to take pictures and times it out perfectly so the sun didn’t look too harsh in the photos, which is something many photographers don’t take into consideration. He also recommends what poses to take and we had such a blast working with him. He’s very honest and ethical too. He has an amazingly fun photo booth as well that’s super cheap (but definitely doesn’t look cheap!) and their videography

Working in the wedding industry made me be overly picky when it came time to deciding on vendors for our wedding. Andre and his team are absolutely AMAZING! I just want to say Lens out Loud was incredible!!! The owner Andre was wonderful to work with. He personally wasn’t there on my wedding day, but sent two amazing photographers and videographer! Andre did an excellent job on my bridal portraits as well. The photo-booth was a hit at our wedding, highly recommend!! The two photographers at the wedding were so on top of it! They were so fun to work with as well! They made everything less stressful! Highly recommend Lens Out Loud!

When we first met Andre, he seemed like the perfect photographer/videographer for our special day. We had a great time during our engagement shoot, and were very optimistic about how he could capture our upcoming wedding day.
This is where things started to go south.
Leading up to the wedding, Andre started to become unresponsive. We hoped this wouldn't turn into a trend, but following the wedding things got much worse. His responsiveness and friendly demeanor quickly faded away, turning into a very frustrating scenario as my wife and I anxiously awaited the photos/footage according to the timelines

Worse Photographer and videographer especially for a wedding.
They told us it would take 3 months for the pictures and 6 months for the video. Reality is pictures took 5 months if not more and almost 8 months for the video. We would write them, just to get a very lame excuse.
Worse part wasn’t the late delivery. WORSE part was the quality we got. Honestly if I would rate them I wouldn’t even give any star.
65% of the pictures blurry, very poorly edited. The video was simply just trash, the whole thing was EXTREMELY ridiculous.
Personality wise - very friendly, engaging, and promises you

Andre and his crew at Lens Out Loud are amazing! With both my husband and I working in the wedding business, we have worked closely with Andre many times and he is a wonderful person to work with! So we just had to have them as our photographer. He is so professional and fun to work with. He took amazing engagement, bridal, and day of photos! Andre was such an awesome photographer! Love his energy! Truly made me feel supper comfortable when taking my bridal pics plus gave me some really good tips for posing and how to look. Overall experience was great! He also did our wedding day pictures, which came out amazing! I wish we had perhaps more pics of bride and groom but that was more on my part since we were tight on time. I went with his 6hr package for our wedding it fit with our budget and didn't feel we need it more time since our wedding was on the smaller side. I recommend 110%!! Without a doubt, the most important aspect of our wedding from the very beginning was the photography. Before we even started looking at venues we knew that finding a creative and talented professional photographer was our #1 priority. Andre was great to work with and provided excellent service. We looked at multiple photographer for our wedding and his work expressed exactly what we wanted for our pictures. He know all the best spots to shoot in San Antonio and is always looking to exceed expectation. One thing he did that we really liked was to have a monitor that displayed a gallery of images in almost real time that he took that night during the wedding and reception. That was neat because it allowed us and our guest to see the work beforehand.
