I have TRIcare Prime and had prior authorization for an IUD. The provider convinced me that I was required to pay $808.50 up front for the device; then after insertion I would have to file a claim to be reimbursed. Having no prior experience with IUDs I naively agreed. It took them 2 months to acquire it....then when I went to file my claim suprise suprise the device actually isnt valued at $808.50. It's only valued at ~$62!!!!
Also the provider broke contract by making me pay up front and by not filing the claim for me. TRICare has stated several times that they are to legally reimburse me and

I attended the Masterpiece Centre's open house in October and purchased the HydraFacial package. I've always been a microderm kind of woman, but decided to try something new. Let's just say....the HydraFacial has raised the bar! This will be the standard for me, from now on. I felt like my face came back to life afterwards.

First I want to start off by saying how professional the staff was during my visit. The atmosphere is so relaxing and they are sure to serve you the best of the best while you're waiting to be seen. I went in for the Non Surgical Rejuvenation service. The service was so relaxing, I left no pain whatsoever, and Dr. Dugan was sure that I was comfortable the whole time while engaging in conversation explaining what she was doing, what areas she was doing each time, all while letting me know the benefits from it all.
I truly enjoyed my experience and I would highly recommend Dr. And her staff to anyone
