I have lived at The Colony apartments for over 4 years. I have never had any major maintenance issues and any problems I had were always addressed professionally and in a timely manner. The manager Tammy is always helpful and understanding of any issues that might come up and is always willing to go above and beyond to help you.

I have lived at The Colony for a year now and I have absolutely no complaints. The office staff and Maintenance team are very friendly and efficient, if I have a service request they usually fix it within the day. Tammy's an amazing manager and always goes the extra mile for her residents. I highly recommend The Colony to anyone looking for an apartment.

I just moved in and this is not a Luxury apartment my bedroom is so hot they tell me to just keep the door open and the thermostat reads what is supposed to in that area and they promised a ice maker there is no ice maker they said they ordered one. They charge for every little thing trash, water,and pest control. Sometimes I can't sleep at nighcause it's so hot so no don't come to the Luxury Apartment there's nothing Luxury about this place.

My girlfriend resides in this complex. The name does not match the condition of this apartment complex. Luxury apartments? Not even close! The two years she has lived there the gate has been opened, yeah, opened for two years, at least. They advertise “gated access”. The management company should relook at their website and update it and say something that’s true. When my girlfriend moved into her unit, the shower head literally dripped water. I went and bought her a new one. In reality, there are not a lot of choices in Victoria, but do not let the name trick you. I’m positive there are

I moved from Houston to Victoria and I contacted “ The colony” and spoke with Tammy, she got me into an amazing apartment within a few days. Which was perfect, since I only had a week to move down before I started my job. I have been here for two years now and it has been nothing but amazing from the management and maintenance. Management has always been great to me especially Tammy. She even went out her way and looked out for my mail when I was recovering from heart surgery last summer. I highly recommend living here and it’s conveniently located as well.

Overall experience has actually been decent. Gates have remained unfixed throughout stay, there is rotting wood and balcony is beginning to lean. I Haven’t had any problems with office until end of our lease. Contract clearly states that if more than a 30 day notice of move out is required then a 5 to 90 day written reminder before the 60 day deadline will be given and if this reminder fails to be given then a 30 day move out notice is required. Front office has let me know that they do not give out written reminders at all and that they are automatically sent via email. I have had emails for

I have been living at The Colony for about a year and a half and I have no complaints! Tammy in the front office is AMAZING! Maintenance is super quick. Probably the nicest/most affordable complex in Victoria. All other complexes this nice are out of my price range. Not to mention my neighbors are all super nice! Minimal noise, never felt unsafe here in the least. I will definitely stay here until I decide to move out of Victoria.

Maintenance was often ignored at this property. We had an AC leak that ended up molding in our guest bathroom and they told my significant other maintenance came by to fix it on a certain day that I was home the entire day (clearly, they did NOT come by to clean the moldy ceiling), and it was still there when we moved out. On several occasions, other cars would park in our 2-covered PAID parking spots, which was annoying and there's not much we could do aside from reporting it to management and they would simply "tag it." We moved into these apartments in November. For the price I thought the apartments were nice. We started in a 1 bedroom but our neighbors left out their trash all the time which we informed the property. We also had a leak behind our toilet and put in a work order which was never taken care of or the faucet that needed to be replaced because we barely had any water pressure. There was throw up on the stairs and no one cleaned it up. We also informed the property about that as well. In January our A/C went out and it required service because it would void warranty but they couldn't tell
