The Staff are wonderful and understanding, they tend right away to my needs & help me and work with me. I love my apt. The property is well maintained, any issue I've had has been taken care of right away. Most importantly, the front office is caring, understanding, and have always treated me with respect.

Mice infestation, they never have hot running water, poorly installed toilets, potholes, poor management, stolen mail/packages from my broken mailbox they never fixed, their poor attempts to rectify any of these situations, and just plain not caring for their residents. I've never been late with my rent, never caused any problems with my neighbors, and this is what I get for living here.

Been living here going on 3 years and never had as much help/feedback from someone in the office Kylie is such an angel she is so understanding with a lot of things and also gets up and does things herself if maintenance can’t get to it I’m so thankful for her help in getting my work orders done also! Staff is superb. Mr. Rick, Becky, and Kylie are awesome 😎 Very friendly and always willing to help. I have been here 2 years and I am at "home". Luis and Justin and fellow maintenance staff are on top of it all. Friendly environment with alot of advantages. Thank y'all for making Autumn park my home 🏠🤩

I have lived here for over 5 years and I can tell you that although management has changed several times, the quality of the complex and customer service has not improved. The parking lot has ALWAYS been full of potholes and trash. Tenants are REQUIRED to have a parking sticker (even though there are no assigned spaces) and CANNOT park in certain designated areas. I feel as a tenant, I should be allowed to park anywhere I feel like. I'm paying for A SPACE, any space that's vacant, so if I want to park half a lot away from my apartment, I should be able to do that. The office staff only help you

I speak on behalf of the new management company that has taken over as management at Autumn Park. MLDC is a very compassionate and detail orientated management company. I urge you to review some of their other complexes they have under them. They come in and clean up the past issues starting with the most relevant which would be safety issues then move on to even making the tenant feel like a part of the process to fix issues and keep them as tenants in a safe and livable environment. They want you to be able to call this your home and have an inviting atmosphere for all to enjoy.
