We are a Medicare / Medicaid certified home health care agency providing reimbursable in-home medical, therapeutic and rehabilitative care. We are a full-range private pay provider that provides services to clients requiring in-home assistance but not qualified for traditional insurance coverage.

Capuano Care is certified by both Medicaid and Medicare, we are compliant with the State and Federal guidelines. Capuano Care an insurance bonded company, we provide Workmen's Compensation and Professional liability insurance.
Whether you need wound or injury care, diabetic care instruction/assessment, medication prefills, cardiac or respiratory status assessment, or other personalized care, Capuano Care has experienced, licensed RNs and LPNs available to assist in your home, assisted living facility, or group home.
Capuano Care has experienced, Medicare-certified, psychiatric care nurses to provide skilled nursing care for clients with psychiatric illnesses, memory impairment, or behavioral problems.We believe clients live more fulfilled lives with a structured nursing team by their side. After any breast cancer surgical procedure, our nurses can provide specialized care for the individual in their time of need.

Our team consists of a Social Worker, Registered Nurse, physical therapist and personal care aides, they are trained to assist persons with advancing Alzheimer's disease or dementia to remain safely in their home. The team will complete a comprehensive assessment in the home, identify any Medical, social, cognitive and environmental concerns, then develop an individualized plan of care.
Home health aides and homemakers can assist you with personal care and household tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry. Our team members can run errands and grocery shop on behalf of our clients. Our team can also provide companionship or supervision for clients that may need more hands-on assistance at home.
Our care management team assists clients getting the services they need to remain safely in their home. The team consists of a social worker, registered nurse, home health aide, and physical therapist. A licensed team member will complete a comprehensive assessment in your home, make recommendations, and coordinate services with you.

My parents had in-home care provided by Capuano for 3+ years. They received both Skilled nursing and personal care nursing. Our family couldn’t be more pleased with the services provided. Consistent, Caring, Professional, Conscientious are a few words that come to mind. If we had an issue we always were able to call and speak to a supervisor, our voices were always listened to. Our two primary care givers became more like family than hired service professionals. High recommend!

I have a family member receiving services from them. Ive called several times to voice concerns and complaints about nurses they have sent over. I even had a personal conversation with the administrator yet nothing has changed. Went to the office in person and nobody came out to even see what was going on. Instead they took my phone number and never called back. I do not recommend this homecare company to anyone. There are many others out there I suggest you look elsewhere.
