At Caring Nurses, it is our mission to improve the health of everyone we serve. And as Clark County's leading health care provider, we're proud to touch the lives of more individuals in our community than any other health care system. It is our mission to improve the health of those we serve with a commitment to excellence in all that we do.
Our goal is to offer quality care and programs that set community standards, exceed patients' expectations and are provided in a caring, convenient, cost-effective and accessible manner. We believe our employees should share the success of our company in a tangible way. That's why we created an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), which transfers an ownership interest and pride of our company directly to our employees.

Skilled Nursing involves a wide range of basic and complex nursing services that are provided in the client's home. Diabetic teaching & care management including insulin dosage, foot care, proper nutrition. Teaching safe methods of bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, walking and bed mobility.
People heal better in a comfortable, familiar environment. What is more familiar than one's own home? Caring Nurses specializes in top-notch home care that allows patients to avoid the hospital setting as much as possible. When "visiting hours" are unlimited, the emotional as well as physical health of the patient is enhanced.
Whom can you trust when you cannot make decisions for yourself? Adult children, trusted friends or a legal professional could work, but the selection process must be done carefully. While not frequent, criminal cases based on misuse of a power of attorney do occur. Making the decision of whom to name as your power of attorney (POA) is not an easy one.
Technology has come a long way toward providing systems that allow seniors to age in place securely. Perhaps there is no one in the English-speaking world that does not immediately recognize the TV-made-famous line, Help! I've fallen and I can't get up. And, while we smile at the memories, it is really not funny at all.

Everyone was just very kind and caring, from the very first call I received on pending approval and scheduling. Robert was efficient and diligent in helping me get all the ducks in a row while updating along the way. Medicine and in home nurse was approved and scheduled within 2 days.
Wasn't the smoothest sailing with the first nurse. Made a call to Caring Nurses to possibly get a different nurse assigned. Again Robert was quickly able to assign me a different nurse for the next following days. Knowing times are a bit tough right now, it was much much appreciated.
Nurse Billie was great

Called the assigned nurse's cell phone on behalf of the sobbing patient and left my number with no response from the nurse. Called the main number for assistance, and was told that the on call nursing supervisor would call me back. No response to my call. The only other option offered by the assisted living facility was to have EMS transport my family member to the ER. I received a third party phone call stating that the nurse stated that the assisted living facility was not properly washing the patient. While that may be the case, soap water and "keeping the area dry" will not cure
