The Light Benders is an independent stained glass studio, focusing on custom art glass commissioned work in a wide variety of applications. We have been in business since 1978 and have amassed an extremely large body of work, encompassing everything from residential to commercial to religious installations.

The Light Benders have been producing custom flagstone signs and designs in flagstone for 25 years now. We began producing art work on flagstone as an offshoot of our work when etching designs in glass.
Engraving designs or lettering into flagstone is a wonderful and unique way to display your street number or address, honor a loved one (human or pet), showcase your logo or ranch brand, or simply have a beautiful piece of artwork to display outdoors.Over the years, we have produced flagstone patio tables with deep etched designs and logos in them, etched designs and house numbers in rocks, marble, granite and porcelain tile.

We have an older home with a beautiful door. Unfortunately, the door got slammed and six pieces were broken in our door. Based on reviews on Yelp, I contacted Lee. He responded very fast and gave me a quote based on pictures! He scheduled when it was convenient for me and arrived on time and did an outstanding job. Our door looks beautiful and brand new. I would highly recommend them!

We have used Lightbenders for both custom glass installation and flagstone signage and have always been extremely happy with the completed projects. They're absolute perfectionists, professional, reliable and always deliver as promised. We LOVE the custom work utilizing flagstone and have the coolest address sign in the neighborhood! They also designed and fabricated two beautiful coffee tables for us and have great suggestions on how to enhance your ideas. They are truly masters at their craft and hands down, the absolute best at what they do (and the nicest people ever!)

We had a custom door made to install some stained glass pieces that we've have for over 30 years. we needed to find someone who was exclusive to this type of install. Lee and Julie Prosser (the owners) are awesome. one of the very few people who gave us excellent customer service from start to finish. Ist of all..they always returned calls promptly and kept us in the loop through out. they created a replacement piece for the house we sold, so that we could use our our personal stained glass in our new house. They installed an oval with 2 side lights and did a fantastic job. they are now
