Have worked with the group on our house twice now. We are currently in construction and have found them extremely responsive and knowledgeable. We had some difficult design constraints and they took our comments and wishes and translated them into an efficient and construct-able design. For the amount of revisions we requested and time spent in the regulatory process, we feel that we received a great value. Their rates were reasonable and the hours billed were more than fair. I would highly recommend them if you are planning to build.

We paid a huge amount of money for an extremely inferior plan. We did not get most of what we asked for or rightly expected -- including simple things: an electrical panel, a dishwasher, and a hot water heater! What kind of architecture firm ignores basic requirements on your final plan.
My husband and I met with the owner at which point he seemed to take responsibility, yet offered no compensation for their errors and omissions.
We are extremely disappointed in ourselves for choosing Siteline. We feel we got the old bait and switch.

Siteline Architecture and Richard Baker did an absolutely fantastic job on our remodel and addition. From the plans to the project management, Richard was thorough, responsive, and a true pleasure to work with. Our project was on budget and really brought to reality everything we hoped our home to be, even though we only had some very loose ideas about what we wanted when we started. I'd heard many stories of remodeling/building being an absolute nightmare, but Richard made this project a dream for us, a very fun experience instead of a stressful, tiresome one.
