People like myself find any excuse for not going to the dentist, until I met the incredible staff at Dr. Stevenson and Gatewood
My dentist that did my surgery was named Dr. Pagano and my anesthesiologist he was a very nice man named Dr. Ballard was heaven sent for me and my anxiety. Not only did all the staff make my very scary treatment today very comfortable & calming. I have no pain from today and I cannot wait to go back to finish anything else I possibly need in the future! Hands down Melissa Gary is the top dental hygienist and is extremely careful when cleaning your gums & teeth!

I look forward to my regular visits to Stephen's & Gatewood Dentists. The staff here are always very caring and professional. I choose my favorite music & relax while my teeth are being attended. I've been to both locations over the years, Cypresswood and Auburn Lakes. All the Dentists are experienced and they use up to the date technology.

I don’t know where they have been all my life!!! The VERY BEST dental experience I have ever had. Very attentive to my needs and everything (tools, office,equipment, your time, etc.)is managed with care. True professionals all the way. I have severe anxiety about seeing the dentist but they took care of my needs so I don’t hesitate to make and keep that appointment.!I take my music and let ALLIE do her thing. Oh yes…ALLIE is my hygienist . 😇

I was very impressed with the professionalism, and the friendliness of everyone involved. We changed because our dentist at another location quit honoring our insurance. We were not thrilled at the prospect of finding a new dentist, but the entire experience left us very pleased. My wife and I were glad we found a new place for our dental care that was very welcoming and did a great job.

I’ve been coming to Stevens and Gatewood for over 15 years. I moved several years ago and will drive nearly an hour to stay a patient with them. I have health issues that make me a difficult case but I have received the best care and will often get squeezed in at a moments notice. I hardly ever wait more than 5 minutes to be seen and more often than not I’m out within the time allotted. The doctor and the staff are friendly but professional and knowledgeable about everything dental. I hope I never have to find another dentist because Dr Gatewood has very big professional shoes to fill!

Allie is so wonderful! tells you everything you need to know from flossing more to why that one tooth aches. Shes super gentle and makes the whole appointment so enjoyable with light and fun conversation. She listens genuinely and knows exactly what needs to be done. And even with a mask you can tell shes got a sweet smile. Love her. All the women at the front desk are extremely kind and helpful as well. 10/10 would recommend

Dr. Gatewood, hands down, is absolutely the best dentist I have ever had. In my 60+ years of life, I have been massively anxious due to the pain I’ve experienced by the many dentists who have treated me. This is absolutely the first time I’ve walked out of an office pain free start to finish, after having 2 new crowns placed. Amazing! I highly recommend and thank Dr. Gatewood, Jill and their excellent, caring, knowledgeable and professional staff.
