Services
In 1927, Martin Schuster bought a piece of property on Murray Ridge Road where he started growing vegetable crops in the fields. His son, Donald A. Schuster, developed a passion for bedding plants and wanted to start a greenhouse business of his own. Donald wanted to sell plants to the community and other greenhouses and nurseries in the area.
Schuster's Pumpkin Patch sells a wide range of pumpkins, gourds, bales of straw, decorative corn stalks, Indian corn, mums, apple cider, baked goods, home decor, carving supplies, and much more! We do the dirty work! Choose from thousands of pumpkins and gourds that are hand picked and washed to provide you with the highest quality possible.

Our goal is to serve you delicious food with excellent service all while supporting local businesses and our community.
For the last 10+ years, we host our annual "Pink Weeks" event to raise money to support a local women's group of Lorain County called Power 4 Pink. Power 4 Pink's mission is "to improve access to healthcare for people in Lorain County, with a focus on breast cancer prevention, detection and treatment."
Our plants can be found in the most beautiful Garden Centers and gardens across Northeast Ohio. This is because Donald A. Schuster Greenhouse has earned a reputation for growing high quality plant material in all shapes and sizes (over 400 varieties), causing many retailers, landscapers, and other organizations to choose us as their provider of annuals.

Great photo ops, the maze was dark and hard to navigate through, but that made it fun! There are a lot of really cute photo ops.. one that you must check out has holes in the fence for goats to put their heads through! It is HILARIOUS! There was several things for the kids and we enjoyed our time there!
