My wheelchair is my lifelineI've been waiting way too long to get my wheelchair i don't have no one to.help me get to my other rooms to get.dressed or cook for myself after this week I missed two.daus of dialysis cause they still have not come and fixed my chair if. I don't have my power chair i don't know what I'm going to do i dont have an aid to help me but i still cannot walk so i need my power chair to get around they get really nasty to you when you keep calling to ask about my chair being fixed all i need is wiring to my chair and they cannot come repair it im in trouble without my power

We hadn't received a bill due to extenuating circumstances. On the first phone call I'm aware of about the bill, the representative dismissed a diagnosed cognitive condition my wife has, treating it as a made up excuse. I'll acknowledge although my wife's reaction was appropriate, her choice of language may not have been. However, it is COMPLETELY unacceptable for a MEDICAL provider to give the reaction they did to a patient's health, whether they have the diagnosis on file or not. Very dishonest. I signed for a wheelchair in November of 2019 with no deductible written on the receipt and no balance due. 10 months later they bill me $43.26 for 4 months of renting the wheelchair with zero communication. This “business” never answers their phone. I left them 2 messages about this. Again no communication. I paid them in December for the items that I purchased. I owe them nothing for the wheelchair. They turned this over to a collection agency. I will be addressing those with Greenfields and the Better Business Bureau and will be posting this review everywhere!

Went in this store, a medical store nobody inside the store was wearing masks who’s to know what they had coughed Or sneezed on... The products throughout the store possibly the cash register they’re constantly touching and then handing you money out of with bare hands.... And they hold contracts for any prescriptions that are written for any kind of medical home care equipment throughout the greater Lockport area I expected so much more from a medical establishment

Knowledgeable, friendly staff, they seem to have whatever you need in stock. SO glad I stayed local with a large purchase. I got a much better price & EVERYONE was so helpful and polite. They made sure I was completely satisfied with the set-up in my home. They even provided the serial number of the product on a couple different receipts for me! I didn't have to crawl around and tear things apart to find it myself! Highly recommend!
