Wheelchair prescription was sent in August 6 months later no chair yet. The physical therapist report which was mailed to them was either lost or not received likely lost. About a month worth of "we are looking for it" Finally I get told we will send it in with out the report. Over 2 months later I get told they never sent it in out of fear of being audited. New report was received was told chair is ordered and warned about pandemic causing delays. Months pass again so I call for an update. Get told that Chris off work for a week as if he was the only one that could check the order and get a delivery

I was involved in a no-fault motorcycle accident on July 5th. Upon a follow up visit with my Orthopedic, they sent over a prescription for a wheelchair on July 19th. While I was under Medicaid coverage, this company was unaware that it was a motorcycle accident (something I didn’t know that I had to disclose with the company. Perhaps they should of asked what kind of accident it was, if it was important). They couldn’t bill my insurance company in which I explained I had Medicaid coverage and it should of been billed through them. I now have Blue Cross through my employer and was informed by

I was apprehensive about getting a back brace today because I didn’t want something big, bulky and that restricted movement. I was helped by Alex and Colleen and they were both wonderful. They showed me options and suggested I go with the newest donjoy brace. It is light comfortable and I felt relief instantly. They showed me how to put it on and adjust it and took care of the insurance aspect as well for me.

I've been to Sheridan Surgical Supply multiple times over the last couple years for wound bandages, knee braces, knee immobilizers, compression stockings, socks, etc.. And each time I was treated with respect and kindness from whomever took care of me. Dean, his family and his other staff are awesome.

Had great experience...Walked out with the device in 5 minutes...(which I was not able to get after almost two weeks from Buffalo Pharmacy....despite numerous attempts with necessary paper works... the employee at the buffalo pharmacy seemed more eager to sell the device than processing it through the insurance... ).

Victor at Sheridan Surgical was very kind and helpful to get a stair lifter installed for my parents in my home. We decided to rent for 3 months. Victor explained that if we need it longer we can rent for additional months we can. Furthermore, if we decide to buy the unit, they credit us for all the rental monies towards the cost of new or used unit. Extremely fair. Installers came on time and took time to show me how to use it properly. Thank you!
