This place turns teens in crisis away, after waiting a month for an appointment, over a missed signature. Rather than getting the signature the same day, they cancel and refuse help. Even though it’s hours before appointment.
Terrible attitude from the Vice President Megan. She was incredibly rude.
They had plenty of time, as the issue was found two hours before appointment, but Megan wanted to leave early rather than help a teen.
Our teen waited for 4 weeks, in hope and great anticipation, this was a total trash move.
