I had OT scheduled today to get my stitches out but I couldn't remember what time to be there since I didn't make the appointment, my surgeon's nurse did. So I called the rehab place to ask what time my appointment was, just to confirm it, you know? So the woman on the phone says, "yes your OT appointment is at 10:30am this morning. (friday)"

Walked in at 10 AM for a 10:20 AM appointment with Dr. Barnthouse. 2 hours later I was escorted into the exam room, 30 minuted later, I had to walk out and cancel the appointment. the Doctor didn't even show up. I felt the whole staff was lying to me about me being next to be seen by the doctor. I don't believe that the doctor was even in the building. the quickest thing that happened that day was the speed of which they collected my Co-payment.
I Will never go back and will never recommend this place to anyone.

I went into urgent care for a knee injury on a Saturday, I waited forever. I was seen by a PA who said she was sure it wasn’t an ACL injury. They took X-rays and set up an MRI on the next Saturday. I called on Monday to get the results, of what was actually wrong. They wanted to schedule and appointment for me for another 10 days out and would neither fax the information to my primary care physician or have their doctor call me sooner.
It’s been 10 days and I can’t tell anyone, not even my employer what is wrong or how long I will be unable to walk. I have never been so outraged!
