Great customer service. Like many businesses, my shipment was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately when I received my package, one of the products was broken. However, after I emailed them, I received a free replacement product later that week as well as a handwritten apology for the trouble. I appreciate the personalized attention even in these crazy times.
