Head-tech and owner, Gary Alexander, was even in the Selma Enterprise in 2004 highlighting his business. My experience at South Valley Computers was amazing!
I had the pleasure of having Nancy & Gary help me with my computer troubles.
Gary has knowledge on gaming parts and Nancy has knowledge in general PCs. (Nancy was at the Visalia location and she kept 6 feet distance and had a mask, so those worried about COVID, she is polite and respects the safety of others ^-^)
The communication and the customer service were beyond what words can describe. Both Gary and Nancy kept me updated throughout the process of my computer being under their care. From calls, detailed texts to even pictures, I was getting

I'm so glad they've opened a Visalia location! I have been utilizing their service in Hanford for many years. I've found the staff to be friendly and honest. I highly recommend them. Which is something I don't normally do.
After my husband accidently spilled a beverage too close to my laptop, I took it to them for repair. They found it was a good thing I did. The Lithium battery in my old laptop was bulging because of its age and had become dangerous. They also found the metal hinge connecting the screen to the base had a large crack through the center making it too expensive to repair.

Had a really good experience with SVC. They are really good at what they do. I had a faulty SSD and had no idea what the problem was with my computer but they were able to accurately diagnose and fix up the computer. Only issue was when they also replaced a stick of ram they ordered a different stick than the one that went out. It didn’t occur to me to tell them they should match but the computer still works well and I’m sure they knew what they were doing. I’m a high performance gamer and they had no problem working on my pc.
