Employees are lazy and slow at doing there job. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I brought in my Xbox 1 for repair and they seemed to fix the problem but once I plugged it back in, it said bring in back for repair. So I called and told them. They told me they couldn't get to it until the holiday pass. I'm not a negative person just writing this review to help you guys out! I been waiting more then 5 business days to get the job done.

Called a little after 10am and they said 1/2 hour to install new battery. Dropped off phone at around 10:30. They said should be done by 1:30. Arrived 2PM to get phone, they said it will be ready at 2:45. Called at 3PM they said the phone will be ready at 4PM. I went to the store and picked my phone up without the service being performed. They need a lesson on integrity.

I don't know very much about cell phones but I bought one anyway. I had a lot of trouble getting it up and running so I went to this store. The person who helped me was Denise. She is very knowledgeable and very patient in explaining things to me, especially how a sim card works and how to install it. I have no hesitation about giving five stars.
