Small roof repair - Terry gave me a verbal quote on the spot. Other companies took ages to come out and then took several more days to issue a quote. I always prefer to get things in writing, but since money was not required until the work was done, I had no concerns. Water runoff had to be redesigned, and Terry took the time to fully explain my options. I would definitely use this company again.

I am always suspicious of companies that have lots of five-star reviews, but this one is right. I have a leak around my chimney. First off, Mr. Jackson came out and climbed up to have a look. He stopped on the part of my house that has a flat roof and asked me to come up. I thought for sure he was about to sell me a new roof for part of the house where I DON'T have a leak! Nope. While he expressed some concerns in general, he also said that it was evident that whoever did it the first time did it right and Mr. Jackson added that there was no point in doing anything unless it actually leaked. Whew

Terry Jackson and the crew at Roofing Solutions of Texas were top notch. They reviewed my insurance claim, and working directly with my insurance agent to ensure a fair and reasonable insurance claim. We were even able to upgrade our shingles for minimal cost out of pocket in order to save on our insurance for the home. The crew had the work done quickly and professionally, including paint matching all drip edge, and gutters. When they were done, the filed a Class4 certificate with my insurance company to get my insurance discount. We would use them again without hesitation.
