By far worst urgent care. I have a ppo plan that I of cousre pay for. Lady in front office tells me she can not confirm my insurance. Mean while i walked into this info because she left me in the car and never called to let me know she could not confim it. I asked her did she call to verify she stated "THAT IS NOT MY JOB" i have never been told by a doctors office where you pay them that this is not there job. So I told her that it is your job but what she should have done was handle me differently. She should have said im sorry but i could not pull ip your insurance so if you would not mind giving

I have been to several Urgent cares and never felt heard or taken care of , but that changed when I went into Dairy road urgent care! The whole experience was great , the receptionist was so sweet and so reassuring when I was sick as a dog! The Doctor was just the same she was so sweet and took such awesome care of me! They even noticed my probably months long ear infection i had noticed but The medfast blew me off... They got me medicine and sent me on my way! Definitely recommend

I am never one to write negative reviews or complain about a place but this situation called for it. went in on Friday December 31st 2021 for a covid test due to exposure at around 12 PM and had a bad experience with the unprofessional front desk girl. While going in to get Covid tested, we were waiting 2.5 hours and people after us were going in before we did. While we let it go the first couple of times, A young gentleman walks in while we were the last people left waiting and they immediately call him back within 5 minutes. When we ask the lady how that makes sense since we have been there 2

Dan the doctor thinks he can take one look at you and can tell if your concussion warrants a CT scan or not. Refused to write referral to neurologist even though nauseated, foggy brain, sleepiness, and intense pain in head when reading/studying/looking at computer/phone, eye sensitivity, etc etc. Said he knows how these things work and more appts werent necessary even though patient is a college student in need of medical assistance and doctors notes for school. Dont go here.

Very unprofessional. Called 5 times to ask for test results. No call backs. Will report this to a Florida Medical Board.
In response to your reply, that is the number we have called as of today 8 times. We are still waiting for test results after almost a month. Unbelievable no one calls back with results of Quest Diagnostic tests we have to pay $61 for. Cannot believe your incompetence not to provide us with paid test results. Scary. Is there an email since you dont EVER answer your phone?

Called today in the morning to check hrs of operations. Not feeling good. Also asked for COVID test. Lady that answered the phone, very nice at that moment , said that they close at 7pm and they will take last patient at 6 . Got off work I made it at 5:17 , when I told the lady at the front desk that I was not feeling good and I wanted to be seen by a doctor she told me that they were not accepting not more people because it was a crazy day !!!

Overall, would recommend.
First time visit. Felt more comfortable in waiting room on a Saturday afternoon since they enforced masking on the people in the waiting room.
Ian, Stephanie, and PA Gary were awesome because they were super nice and professional.

Office staff was nice—I had to come back a second time in the same day to change which pharmacy to send the prescription to because I forgot my usual was closed and she was super nice about it.

Great first experience from the receptionist all the way to the care I got! I was able to be seen immediately. Everyone was so kind & patient. I didn't feel rushed and the physician took her time educating me on any questions I had. The inside was extremely clean so that was a plus considering the circumstances that we're in. They even had two pen bins for the clean and unclean pens. Definitely recommend coming here!

I was checking everywhere online for an urgent care with good reviews - I wasn't feeling well and just really wanted a place to get me in and out. I found this location in Melbourne just by searching on google and I found that their website was super helpful. No appointments needed, purely walk in.
I went in and was seen almost immediately. I really appreciate that they were open on Sunday, as other urgent cares that I looked into were not. It would have been much harder to wait until the weekday. There was no wait and no issues checking in.
Their PA saw me and was super helpful, friendly

I only know what my husband told me because he was the patient. He felt that they listen to him well and that they treated him with the utmost of respect. He did not come out nervous and with more questions than they went in with. He came out with good knowledge of what was going on and they had addressed two issues rather than just the issue that he went in with. We would absolutely use this Clinic again for any emergency or minor Medical need. I do know that their front office staff were amazing because we decided to surprise my husband by paying his copay for him and they had no issue doing
