I went in very hesitant about trading in my ring but Kelsey made it extremely easy to find not only one but two beautiful rings that I had to choose between! All of my questions were answered and I was able to try on as many rings as I pleased.

Gates was very patient in helping me find exactly what I wanted. He never once tried to influence me to spend more money or put any pressure on me to buy. He seemed very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It was a great experience overall. Also, the pricing was very competitive compared to other jewelers.
