Our coordinators practice close communication with families and staff, making changes that are appropriate to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
Services
We provide 24 hour customized living in a group home setting. If you or someone you know is looking for placement in one of our MN homes in Stillwater or Hastings, please call our office. We provide services for a minimum of 3 hours up to 24 hours per day in the comfort of your own home. Documentation of medial issues and observations in log notes, Daily record of care sheets.
