After years of stressing my sump pump situation to include flooding and stressing every time it rains! Even going as far as to set a camera facing my pump when I wasn't at home! I was pointed in the right direction by a coworker to Premier Basement Waterproofing. When it was time for installation the crew was on time and had no problem answering a million questions that I had. They operated like a well oiled machine it was like watching worker ants! My now husband and I were first time home owners and dealing with water in the basement. I did my research and found Mike from Premier. Kristal set up a day for Mike to come out. He was honest and straightforward. Told me others will come in and try to scare me into spending more money. He gave us an estimate and we had the team come do the job. Mike, the owner, and the entire crew have done an amazing job for us. In the summer of 2020 Premier completed a full basement dry system complete with two sump pumps and drainage system! They finished fast, professional and with high quality. They also tackled a few issues after the job and a few months after. Michael, Corey and the whole team at Premier Basement are total pros and did an incredible job on our very complicated basement waterproofing project that involved a large amount of surface water coming in through the foundation walls and ground water coming up through the floor. We had 3 other companies come out to look at our basement before finally finding Michael, and none of them could tell us how to fix the problems we were having. When Michael came out it was a huge relief. He immediately knew what needed to be done, came up with a clear plan of attack, and sent me a quote 2 hours after

Let me start by saying how happy I am with the finished project. To start I have lived in my house for 26 years. We have always had a sump pump and from what I was told a perimeter drainage system. The sump pump worked fine as long as the pump worked. Over the years we went through maybe 10 pumps, added a "battery back up system" Then the past couple of years we noticed that the pumps did not seem to keep up. 2018 we started getting water on the floor with any type of rain. Forget the big guys! Make the little guys the big guys!! Let me start by saying I have a home build in 1957 approximately 300 yards from a reservoir. With this being said in twice in 2016 (March and April) I got over 100 gallons of water in my basement virtually destroying all my carpet and drywall in the areas. I knew I had get help so I made appointments with multiple different companies for estimates and explanations. Mike really stood out saying that we can help not hopefully we can help you.
