From the time Allison took my call and listened to my issue to the time Steve made the trip out to my house I was very impressed with both of them. One of the best customer service experiences in the last few years with all the degradation from Covid for sure! They were knowledgeable, responsive and really seemed to care, which is so hard to find these days. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I waited a year to write this review. I bought an old house built in 1900 with a fieldstone foundation. I quickly learned that the basement would get water every time it rained. Enough that I would have to spend 30 minutes with a shop vac every time it rained and thus couldn't use my basement the way I wanted to. This company came recommended to me by my plumber who said they were the best around. After doing a lot of research and getting an estimate I decided I needed to tear out the entire old basement floor, dig out a French drain around the perimeter and intstall a sump pump, then lastly pour

We had an incredibly positive experience working with Drycrete Waterproofing. I made a call to set up a site visit and within 2 days, we had an employee here walking the building and answering the many questions we had. We had two major leaks that were causing significant damage to our building. I was able to schedule a time to have the repairs done. Drycrete is professional, on time, clean, and most importantly thorough with their work. I would highly recommend them for any large or small work that needs to be done in your home or business.

We had a French drain put in, along with a pump, backup pump and UPC. Steve, the representative was attentive, listened to my concerns, answered my questions and provide the correct solution to implement. The team that came to install the equipment was friendly, careful, attentice to the environment and noiselevel and they cleaned up very well after they finished. They came back the next day to provide an extra hose for free, which was not originally part of the setup. The attached App works well to keep us up to date on the status of the water, pumps and levels. All in all a great job and I will

DryCrete was recommended by two of my neighbors, so I called them to replace a non-working sump pump in early November. They did such a good job and were so accommodating that I had a second one replaced today. Mike was very helpful about explaining the pumps and answering questions, and the office responds to calls and emails in such a timely fashion. I couldn't be more pleased with the ease of communication and the service of the technician, not to mention the fair price compared to other companies I called.

The reviews I read were enough for me to make a call...I'm so happy I did! From the initial call to completion, Drycrete Waterproofing provided excellence in service and great communication all at a very fair and reasonable price! The crew showed up earlier than expected and finished in record time. They were respectful of our property and when the job was complete, the area was as clean as a whistle and DRY as a bone!!!! We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you for standing by your business model and putting us at ease knowing our basement will never be wet again

I had an active, leaking crack in my basement with a number of rainy days in the forecast ahead. Steve at Drycrete was able to fit me in between existing appointments, explain what the issue was and find an open slot in the schedule to fit me in right away. We had someone out in the next couple days to fix the issue quickly limiting any further damage. Given the messy work that was done, he left my basement in great shape too.
I could not recommend these folks enough. Very professional, quality work and efficient all around.

After the people at 1-800 Big Dog never called us back we called around for quotes on a sump pump we needed installed quickly. We had floors coming and we had water in the basement. The owner came right out gave us a quote and sent someone out to install it the next week, they did I it in a day and it works great! No more water! Highly recommend!

I had a sump pump installed which my wet basement really needed. The whole experience was great. A Drycrete consultant came by to do an honest assessment and to explain how the work would be done. The crew that did the work showed up right on time. Rodriquez explained again in details the work they were going to do and to make sure I agreed with it. It took the crew a little under 2 1/2 hours to do the work. The work was done really well and looks very professional. Rodriquez then help me set up the iPhone app for the new sump pump. The crew was also very good about cleaning up after themselves

Used them to seal an open seam in my basement that was getting water in when it rained heavy. They were awesome from start to finish would highly recommend them. Only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because the guy that did the work didn’t clean up as well as I hoped he would before leaving(lots of footprints). But all in all awesome work. Can’t wait for the next rain storm to see how it performs!

Got french drains along the inside perimeter of the whole basement and a sump pump installed in January. Tropical Storm Elsa was the first serious test of the system. It's outstanding. The pump has been working hard for a week now, every few minutes, removing a lot of underground water below my basement. My basement is completely dry. I don't know what it would look like otherwise and I'm so grateful for the expert work of the DryCrete team! We only lost power for a couple of minutes during the storm but I was reassured by having the battery back-up. I love the continual read

From the first sales visit to the final day of work, I had nothing but an excellent experience with this team. I had never heard of them before doing a Google search and I continued with them because they seemed straightforward and offered the exact services I was looking for (fully slab removal, french drain and sump and new slab). I got very strong referrals for them and that sealed the deal. At no point did I regret it. They told me two weeks and they were done in two weeks. They even collaborated effectively with a very experienced GC who had nothing but good things to say along the way.

I called DryCrete to assess the basement of a home I just moved into, as there was a dried water stain present at the time of my inspection. Steve came out and did a thorough inspection of the basement. He actually determined that things were in good shape, and recommended against doing any work on it right now and instead just monitor things through the next few storms. He even explained how to DIY my own condensate pump to drain my dehumidifier. He charged me nothing for the visit. I really appreciate him taking the time to give a thorough and honest assessment, and will definitely be calling

I used this company to install a sub pump, it was not the easiest of projects because there was more to it than just the pump. They went into a crawl space, dug a trench, and put crushed stones all around. This company was professional, their quote was very reasonable, they performed great work, and they made sure I understood everything that was done and how to work my pump. I haven't had one drop of water come into my basement since. If you have any issues with water coming into your basement, I highly recommend using this company!

One of the best experiences I've had, from the initial contact through to the quote and then on to the work. We had a full interior french drain and sump installed to deal with water coming up through the base of the wall during heavy rains. Jason was informative, patient, incredibly flexible and willing to help us figure out a few issues with our basement that had nothing to do with the drainage, including removal of an old sink and pipe, and the covering up of a leaky window well. He was incredible about returning phone calls and texts. Booking the job was super easy. They showed up on time

Really wish I would've received some sort of response. I have been trying to get in touch with this company since May. I had called and was told I would receive a call back to schedule a time for someone to come out. Never received a call. Tried scheduling appointments via email twice to no avail. Called two more times in the hopes of finally getting an answer and still nothing. I was highly recommended DryCrete. Too bad. :(

Jason and his team were outstanding from start to finish. They were responsive, professional and the work was done as promised. We originally thought we would need a sump pump and it turned out we didn't - Jason was honest with the assessment and said we actually didn't need it. As a result we referred them to our neighbors who needed 3 pumps! Cannot day enough good things - he also brought us pipe to help fix a gutter outside which was contributing to the water leak issue. Great guy, great company. 5 stars, plus!

After years of dealing with a wet basement we finally bit the bullet and made the decision to get the french drain system installed that we had been told we needed by multiple companies and friends.
After interviewing 3 companies we choose Drycrete simply because they made the process easy for us. The estimate was very fair and they were really thorough in explaining how they would tackle the job. The owner Jason was involved throughout the project and they followed through on everything we had discussed.

We interviewed eight companies before settling on Dry Crete. We chose them for our project because their quote was competitive (lower mid range among their competitors), and they answered all of our questions completely, accurately and patiently. Having done quite a lot of research, we also had confidence that the system they proposed would be the right one for us.
They have just finished the installation and we couldn't be happier. The job site is clean, the installation is exactly as planned and although they had to do a little more prep work than they expected, they did not charge for

After suffering through two basement floods (significant ones with nearly 2 feet of water), we realized we needed to install an interior drain system to protect the basement we hope to one day finish. We did a ton of research, met with several companies, and upon meeting Jason, signed an immediate contract. It was evident from the start that Jason believes in his company and his experience and put both to work when signing on his clients. When other companies wouldn't even book our job for months, Jason fit us in in a timeframe we were comfortable with, and was good enough to even bump us

After getting about 8 quotes for waterproofing my basement, I went with Dry Crete. The reason: out of the legitimate contenders they were on the lower end, about $6,000 for my job. John the sales guy was friendly and professional.
The Great:
NO WATER in my basement since job completed.
The Good:
On time and on budget (kinda - see below, 2nd pump)
Lifetime warranty (although haven't used it)
workers were friendly and John was there every day to monitor the job, and all were respectful of my home
The Bad:
After digging the trench, John suggested a 2nd sump pump on the opposite side
