Located in New Jersey's Outer Coastal Plain and surrounded by the ocean and bay, the 50-acre vineyard enjoys a unique microclimate reminiscent of Bordeaux, which leads to exceptional grape harvests. Willow Creek produces fine wines from our unique varietals of vitus vininfera (grapevines) that are now at the "ripe" old age of 15 years old and producing wines of award-winning quality.

Estate-grown, fermented over oak then aged 20 months. This well-balanced red delivers velvety tannins and a lush, fruity nose of peach and plum with a long finish. Featuring cranberries from our New Jersey farm friends with our estate Cabernet Sauvignon. This semi-sweet wine has a tartness that balances the extra fruit sugars.

Writing to help others…one of our favorite wineries for variety of wines and atmosphere, but can be tricky. In the summer we like to just go to the outside bar for a glass of wine, unclear if that’s never an option in winter or if we just haven’t seen it (seems reservation/waiter based only). Check the website before your visit - if the events calendar has them closing at 4, you need a reservation (the outdoor bar will not be open). Wouldn’t recommend the last reservation (2:30)…we understand they’re prepping, but it’s very rushed, our plates were picked up with food still on them

Completely overpriced for the quality of both wine and food. Having visited numerous vineyards on the east coast, this was one of the less memorable places. The property is nice but the wines are either vinegary or sugary. Much like a shrub or juice. The Cab Sauvignon was the only wine we could enjoy. No tastings, only expensive flights that didn’t suit our palate. You might disagree if you like sweet wines and sangria. And we had higher expectations of the food, given that they pride themselves as being a farm to table restaurant: I would say average bar food and exorbitant prices.

5 stars for the beautiful grounds..stunning! However, I came Sat night past for a fire pit music session advertised but was advised by staff that was cancelled as they had a wedding. Understandable. They also said the change was posted on social media..I had seen the event posted on a local events calendar so I missed the announcement. SO FOLKS< before you go here, best to check the winery Facebook page. The wedding folks all looked like they were having a great time.

Beautiful setting (hence so many patrons taking pics!), nice assortment of wines, interesting (albeit limited) menu and great service….a great outing for your tribe! We enjoyed the whiskey cheddar grilled cheese and tomato bisque meal, the Dole whip sangria, red sangria, and Cabrese salad, but the star of the evening was their scallops and bacon app!!
This would be a great place for an event (wedding reception, etc.), too.
