We highly recommend Air Comfort Solutions! They put in a new HVAC system for a family member who was very pleased with their service, and they keep our old system going. ACS owner, Bryan Patton, has always answered the phone personally to discuss our problem and offer solutions. In our most recent situation, AC specialist Jeffery Holster demonstrated his expertise by diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Our AC was up and running within an hour! I never leave reviews but I made an exception in this case. Our AC went out on my husband’s birthday of all days in 90+ degree heat. I like to choose local businesses so a quick google search brought me to them. Not only were they able to come out the same day he arrived right on time and promptly discovered the problem. I can't say enough good things about this company! My husband called them on Friday and they came and checked out the issues we have been having for 8 years or so. Saturday morning they was at my house for a total of 3 hours and replaced our inside unit and outside unit and thermostat. My home is now nice and cold! They cleaned up all the mess that was made as well ( boxes and cardboard from parts)

With only seeing commercials, I had to call today due to our furnace going out at 430 this morning. Everyone that I dealt with today were nothing but polite and courteous. I couldn't have had an easier experience at such a difficult situation.

After a lot of ridiculous quotes from other HVAC companies, we called ACS and we were blown away by how honest and helpful they are. Our tech Jeff was great, and helped us get our problems taken care of at a very reasonable cost. We really appreciated that ACS was there to help us with the needed repairs, and not just trying to upsell or talk us into doing something we didn't need.

Called to have my air unit inspected to make sure it was running correctly. ACS came out on time as requested They answered all of my questions and concerns. ACS was the company I used when my system was replaced in 2017. I checked with other companies back then, but ACS made me the best offer in replacing my unit. I called them at 6:30am on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend 2017, they were here by 11am, found the motor for a 15 year old AC unit and had it installed by 1pm in time for my family BBQ. Enough said! :)

Absolutely the BEST customer service I've received In quite awhile. Tim was our tech and he was professional and honest- I completely and immediately felt he was genuine and did NOT have a sales pitch- I very much appreciated that. He has followed up appropriately and even checked out an issue unrelated to the work his installers ( Robert and George- class acts!!) had performed. I have a stack of business cards to hand out ( that I asked for of course) and will stand by this company's service . Might I add this was the third bid I had, and the BEST!

We are so pleased with the service we received from ACS. One of our AC units wasn't pushing cold air and Bryan quickly assessed the problem, then resolved it within an hour. We had cold air just hours after calling! His recommendations are sound and he provided friendly advice on how to maintain our system with no pressure to purchase additional services.
