We are a sustainable, eco-conscious restaurant and bar, using seasonal, organic when possible, ingredients that reflect our commitment to the environment. Yaselsax, Saxofonist Soloist player, professor and Instrument repair technician specializing in woodwinds instruments has been remarked for his multiple collaboration with artists from around the world.
NOUN: Any of a number of bivalve mollusks with rough irregular shells. Several kinds are eaten (especially raw) as a delicacy and may be farmed for food or pearls. The Oyster Society is dedicated to being a leading Oyster Bar in the country. Our program is dedicated to providing our guests with the highest quality of shellfish available on a daily basis.

Excellent service, delicious food. We were lucky to visit on a day when they had an amazing saxophone player, wow, that man took our experience to the next level. Kudos to him. The only negative we found were the hostesses seemed confused, and were not very friendly when we approached to ask for a table. Other than that, excellent, highly recommend.
Someone on their comment said something about the dress code, and I agree. Should not allow flip flops and beach wear. 😞

Great dining experience! They were very busy and the service was excellent! The bar staff, front of house manager all worked to accommodate us and make us comfortable. Our server Ashley was terrific! She made excellent suggestions for cocktails and food. We had oysters, octopus, salads and grouper all were delicious!

Everything was wonderful, service good food, lots of options. What was surprising was the Asian influence on a lot of the dishes, very good surprise! The reason I am rating three stars is due to feeling ill after eating here. It may have been the oysters, but who knows. Just be careful when eating raw food of any kind. I would go again but avoid the oysters.

Amazing! Old school, high end just perfect!!! Wonderful service even though I was a single diner at a 2-top. Delicious four gras and perfect Kusshi oysters! I can’t wait to go back!
Well I went back 2 nights later and ordered the foie gras appetizer again (because, foie gras!!!). It was TOTALLY different as you can see in the picture! Pam seared instead of cold But absolutely amazing. I had 2 Kusshi oysters the were delicious and so fresh!

My family and I had one of our best vacation dinners here. The decorations and set-up were spectacular. One of their walls was lined with gorgeous, antique mirrors. They had an awesome sushi station. The bar was partially indoors, partially outdoors. There were cool couches, and great seating options.
The food and the service were also incredible! I had the Pier 39 Cioppino. It was incredibly filling, tasty, and all the fish were cooked to perfection. I paired it with a delicious Vermentino for a dinner I surely won’t forget! For dessert, I had the key lime pie, which was beautifully prepared

My husband and I had a fantastic time there celebrating our 20th anniversary. The service was great and the food was amazing!! Everything came out fresh and beautifully presented.
It was a little disappointing to see people wear flip flops and wrinkled clothes inside the restaurant. They should’ve been dress-coded considering this is a high end restaurant.

If you are in Marco Island, this place is not to be missed. The food is like works of art, equally as decadent and delicious as it looks. Fresh is the key word and so many different types of oysters, what a delight to have so many choices. The hostess was fabulous and the wait staff attentive. I had the sea bass, which I highly recommend. Prepared to perfection. Ohhhhh, and If you are a carrot cake fan....well, let me tell you folks, Chef Chris DeGenova makes one of the best cakes I have ever had and it's huge. Live music was also fantastic. Enormous wine list and beautifully crafted cocktails
