This was my first visit today and I must say that I'm very grateful for the caring & friendly staff and the excellent service provided to me! Flu season is back so of course I got sick. Finding a health center that doesn't charge an obscene amount of money to be seen is always a struggle. It was the closest, same-day appointment center I found on Yelp. They take several types of insurance, including mine which only charged a $10 copay. They even have their own app where you fill out your symptoms and payment information right there.

Staff is very friendly courteous, professional, and makes you feel like family. The one thing is there is no proper communication about prices. I was surpr. ised at how their much they charged for their services especially since some people have no insurance. I got to the counter and was told one price and when I came back for another service the price was different. Major communication problems and luckily I had that amount of money on me. Like, I said great people and service but bad communication and too expensive

The office is clean and their process was thorough. When we came I unfortunately had an attitude since I was in a rush but they were still very sweet and professional! They treated my young kids like actual people and not a disturbance (major brownie points) During the cleaning she was explaining what and why she was doing it. Before my cleaning she showed me that they were using a new and unopened kit and showed me the tools being used, since we’re In the era of covid that was very important to me! They also gave me tips to be prepared for our next visit.

Office is professional, courtesy, and efficient. The work area and Lobby are always sparkling clean and the employees are always smiling. I have been a patient at this office for the last 45 years. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. If I could thank every employee I would send them off on a two week Hawaii Vacation to show my gratitude.
