Services
People in our society now wish to avoid the elaborate trappings of the conventional funeral. They may have experienced the pressure which results from feeling, in effect, that the amount of money they spend on a funeral is directly proportionate to the love and respect they have a family member or friend.
We understand that making the many decisions which come at a time of loss can be difficult. We offer our support by providing you with two options as you consider making immediate arrangements. With online Arrangements, you can take your time to select the arrangements which are best for your preferences and budget.
An alternative to cremation is a simple burial which does not require embalming, as performed in early America. This fee includes transportation of remains to Monarch within a 15 mile radius (additional charges will occur beyond the 15 mile radius and/or from a residence), care and holding of remains, no service and transportation to a local cemetery at a time of our discretion, filing necessary permits and *professional services.
Most of us plan ahead in life. We plan for our wedding, our children's education, family vacations, and other significant expected life events. We also plan for the unexpected events of life by purchasing home, auto and medical insurance. Understanding the benefits of pre-planning has prompted many to take the step to plan their own arrangements.
We should all deal with the reality of death thoughtfully and with consideration for the feelings and the needs of those who will mourn us. Certainly, neither we, nor our loved ones should be victimized by the senselessly expensive death rituals prompted by the outdated funeral industry.

We chose Monarch Society to facilitate the Cremation of our mother. Justina responded to my email promptly and helped start the process of choosing a company, maintaining good communication throughout. I didn't know how much went into the paperwork/legal aspects as well as proper handling and processing of the deceased. The facility is beautiful and historic. The professional compassionate staff felt like family and provided a proper send off for mom. Integrity and respect was felt from beginning to end.

The Monarch Society was, at a time when you most need help, more than helpful. Justina, who met with us at the Society, was kind, thoughtful and at the same time informative. She made the process of deciding how to deal with our brother's death bearable and yet straightforward and simple. I cannot praise her enough. Monarch Society has met our expectations. The lady Trina or
Tina showed empathy in time of need. She made us feel comfortable
as best we could. Due to her expertise, things went smoothly. I

We unexpectedly lost our Mom and we were suddenly faced with a bunch of decisions that we just had never prepared ourselves to make. Monarch Society was referred to us by a family friend and we were so grateful that they were.
The owner, Rayanne, was absolutely incredible. She sat down with us, listened to our desires for the service and proceeded to walk through what to expect before, during and after the service. She never pressured us into making a single decision. And in the end, Mom's service was everything we could have hoped for as we said goodbye.

You cannot do better than Monarch! Our mother passed away recently. Monarch has been so professional, kind, responsive, and precise in everything they have done. From setting up arrangements prior to our need, to transportation of our Mom, to handling ALL the details and requirements at the time of our loss, their service was exceptional. We worked with Rayann and Justina. They were both amazing!

Just went over there today to make a plan for my cremation. In the place is nice granted the woman was friendly granted. Keep in mind when you decide to take a pre-need plan that they have a set price that don't go up. I for one don't want my family to have to pay excess cost that they should not have to. I recommend at preneed for cremation that has a set fee regardless of the time of prepayment.

I am a former employee of Monarch Society and I have to say with a few holdbacks they are at the top of the industry. The building is beautiful and well maintained, there is almost a sense of peace and serenity within the mortuary. The owner is clearly dedicated to her business and her industry. She is a good employer who genuinely cares for her employees, though her management style could use a bit of fine tuning and her bedside manner can be a bit crass you can always tell she cares. The non public areas are always immaculately clean, well organized, and dignity of the deceased is well preserved

It was a difficult time, we knew it was coming and we had prepared as well we could. I cannot begin to say how fortunate we were to have Monarch Society assisting us through the days following the passing of our beloved Father. We lost our infant son at the end of April and we had him cremated at Monarch Society. We were treated very kindly with loads of compassion by the man who helped us (I feel bad but I can't remember his name, but I want to say it was Brandon maybe?) I felt very comfortable leaving my son here and believed they would not only take good care of him, but honor our wishes. The reason the are not getting a 5 star review from me is because we had specifically asked for his urn not to be sealed, and the woman who sent us home with his ashes, who we had never met before, decided she would over ride

I have had the opportunity to use Monarch Society 3 times over the years, for both of my parents and my aunt. I say "opportunity" because I was amazed that a mortuary would provide so much comfort and support during the most difficult times. Not only did they treat my deceased family with the utmost dignity, they also provided a level of personalized care that the "big box" mortuaries simply don't provide.

I couldn't have possibly picked a better place for my partner's cremation. Rayanne is a wonderful person and she put my mind at ease about the process immediately. It's always a sad day when you write a review about a funeral home. However I have to give five stars to the Monarch Society (I would give more if I could). When my sister passed they were a blessing, angels. David met us to remove the body, he went the extra mile to comfort me and assure me he would take good care of her. He was caring and personable, exactly what I needed in that moment.

How do you write a rave review about a funeral home? This is an unqualified rave. I had need of Monarch services in short order when my father died. We had two days to prepare before he passed, and it was over a weekend. From the time I first called at 3.30 pm on Friday, until the urn was presented to me at 3.30 pm on Tuesday along with multiple copies of the death certificate, the speed, efficiency, flexibility, responsiveness, courtesy, demeanor could not have been better. If you need to handle the death of a family or friend, there is nowhere else in Denver you should even consider. Period.
