After having a group Reiki session with Cara, she gave me a call to follow up and discuss what came up for me in the session. Everything she told me was SPOT ON! I had such an amazing Reiki session with Cara. I was going through a depression with the loss of a friend. I decided to reach out to Cara to help me shift the Loneliness around for me. During the session, which consist of music of healing frequencies, I could feel my heart and foot tingle. After, the session was over Cara asked how I felt. I told her about the tingling sensations. Cara is amazing! She did a session for me after my last chemotherapy treatment. I was skeptical at first, but whatever she did definitely made a difference. My recovery from the chemo was much quicker than previous rounds and the discomfort less severe. I look forward to our next session and continued positive results.
