The apartment is spacious and seems to be nice looking. Thats the end of the niceties. Upon move-in maintenance was very slow to light my water heater( I called several times). It was not until I placed a one star review that I had my water heater lit...and they asked me to take the review down, which I did. Since then I have had maintenance issues go unresolved. Faulty wiring that leads to lights and appliances to flickering, and a constant running toilet. Tonight has led me to post a new review. My AC is out and the emergency maintenance is not available and no one answers the phone. I'm only

If you're considering moving into an apartment, especially if it's your first time signing a lease you should consider Azalea Hills. The living environment is really chill and serene. The staff is really accommodating, both Andrea, the leasing agent, and DeAnn, the apartment manager, deliver top tier customer service and really make you feel right at home. Even the squirrels are nice, the other day one offered me an acorn but I was like, "Nah. I already ate, but thanks anyway." I'm kidding, but for real, the units are spacious and I really like the floor plans. I've had to make a few maintenance

I lived here from 2013 just out of college to December 2020 into my early 30’s. My experience here was nothing but pleasant and any issues I had were always promptly handled by management. Deann has been here from the start and has been a staple in making sure any issues were taking care of promptly. If you’re looking for a great place to stay from college students well into adulthood, this is a great place to be!
