I did your normal web search and called several companies to remove a variety of miscellaneous items I had in a storage locker. Out of all the companies, Junk Valet rose to the top of my list immediately. They answered my call right away, I gave them the information needed for a quote. They quoted based on the information given. They came exactly when they said they would arrive. They only charged me for what they quoted. Did an awesome job of clearing my backyard of debris from our move in. Robert Templeton is very professional and also a veteran that owns the business. This is the second time I've used Junk Valet and each time has been exceptional. Robert quickly returned my recent call and after viewing a photo i sent to show him what needed to be picked up, he quickly texted me a quote. The cost was reasonable and we set a time for pickup. I got several quotes to remove my old couches and not only was Junk Valet the BEST price but, there service is OUTSTANDING! They are so nice, professional and personable, it was a breath of fresh air doing business with them!!! We scheduled a time and they were here exactly when they said they would be and had it all done within 15 minutes...you CAN'T do better than that. If you have anything you need removed from your home or company, I HIGHLY recommend Junk Valet...you won't get any better than they are, that is for sure!

Junk Valet is awesome! They by far had the best prices on yelp. I emailed them for an estimate on an old couch in my garage I wanted to get rid of. I received an email from them within 10 mins. I was able to schedule a day and time that worked for me. On the morning of my pickup I received a text from Drew who introduced himself and gave me a time frame of when he would be here. The best part was, I also got a picture of Drew. For a female, this made me feel better knowing who would be arriving. Drew and Sean arrived on time and were very friendly. The loaded the couch quickly, I made my payment

Shane and Sean came by yesterday to pick up at my mother's house. They did a great job of taking what we had originally requested plus some extra stuff items. The cost was very reasonable even with the additional items we added. They were professional, efficient, and when they were done, they used a blower to clean up the area they just cleared. And Ryan, who helped schedule the appointment, was helpful and managed to get me an appointment with just a few days notice. We will be using them again.

Excellent service. Was able to make a next day appointment. Not only that but they also showed up earlier than planned! Both workers were courteous well mannered and hard working. Even though I was the last trip they had that day. They were able to expeditiously vacate all of the trash I needed gone that day, with no need for a second trip.
