Erik T. Dworak is the President of Green Acres Ironworks, Inc. based in Green Acres, Indiana. Erik's passion for construction started at a young age. He was only four years old when he built his first table and chairs. Erik's interest in ironwork began during his summer and winter breaks from school in 1996 and 1997 while he worked for Chicago's Finest Ornamental Ironworks in his hometown of Lansing, Illinois.

I wanted to take a minute to talk about the excellent experience my husband and I had with Green Acres Ironworks.
We were deep in the process of building a new home in Valparaiso, Indiana and looking for an ironworker who could produce a very unique set of stair railings, banisters as well as a juliet balcony.
This work was going to be the architectural and decorative centerpiece of our new home.
Needless to say, this job was extremely important to us.
The work would be visible from several rooms inside the home as well as the entryway of the home. Even visible outside through the front windows

Green Acres Ironworks installed some wrought iron railing at my mom's house,, a friend's house and our house to make all the homes safer. Great work by their team. It was a pleasure to work with Christine to ensure the projects were designed correctly. And the installation guys were in and out quickly. Thank you.

Erik and his team were awesome to work with! We were not necessarily the most convenient job, but he was easy to work with and we made it work. My husband and I had found a stair railing on line that we wanted to replicate. He provided us with insight as to what would work well with our particular layout. He was also so accommodating when we decided to add the handrail going into the basement. Install was efficient and we love our finished product! Highly recommend Erik and Green Acres.

I worked with Green Acres to design a custom fence for my restaurant patio and it is beautiful! I couldn't be happier! Erik was great to work with and even met my (probably unreasonable) timeline. He had many unique ideas and made sure I was happy with the final design (via several sketches) before fabrication. Excellent craftsmanship, professional delivery/install and post-installation follow-up. Highly recommended!

As a church we have to watch closely our expenses.
budget things finely. We have gotten 4 estimates from different contractors for three railing projects at the parish grounds (involving new railing as well as repair and refurbishing of the old ones)
This company was very compatible with the other companies as well as
was one of the first ones to submit the very detailed estimate for the job proposed.
The job was done promptly. The job sites were cleaned up nicely. we would definitely recommend this company for hire.

We had an issue with our wrought iron fence and went with Green Acres for the repair. Erik was quick to respond, and made the repair as planned, on time and within budget. The quality of the work is outstanding and a swinging gate that has not worked properly for years can finally be used again. Because of their experience and professionalism I would highly recommend Green Acres.
