We called this company on a Saturday and expected a call back by Wednesday the latest we never heard from them. So the following Saturday we drove by the company since it was close enough to our home and guess what no one answered the door. I think it's poor customer service for a business to be non-responsive no matter what. There is no excuse to let your potential customers stew.

When I needed my alley gate replaced I went and called Trejos irons works. The service was great from start to finish. When I called I spoke with Ivan and he came to my home right away. He took measurements and gave me an estimate the same day. I was so happy and speechless when the gate was finished. They did such an amazing job and they were so quick! They gave me so much more than what I expected and I’m glad I went with this company. If you’re looking for a fence or door repair I highly recommend Trejos Iron works.

I had an appointment with Ivan to get a estimate on wrought iron fencing. The day of the scheduled appointment, he was a no-call, no show. I was disappointed to say the least, he never returned any of my phone calls or text messages as a professional courtesy. In my opinion this is very inconsiderate and unprofessional. He obviously doesn’t value his reputation. My father was a contractor for 40 years. He was a carpenter and painter, I have also worked in the trades of painting
and light carpentry. My father contracted work with real estate companies, residential

They were great to work with I spoke to Ivan and a few days later they came out. When they arrived at 8 am they were done by 5 pm in one day, they put up a iron fence in front and wood in back with a security fence. I would recommend them because the pricing was fair and the craftsmanship was excellent and finished in one day!

Ivan and Orlando did an excellent job for me. My house is 120 years old and they made a front gate for us that looks like it grew there! I made a quick sketch and they made it a reality. Great pricing great to work with and very high quality. Would hire again or recommend them to anyone. Thanks trejo's!

I just received my Juliet balcony..Absolutely love it .. I gave them 5 stars because the quality of work was awesome and so was Ivan. They promised mid week and it was completed mid week. I asked for a basic drawing to make sure he understood what i was trying to do. He supplied the drawing. I wasn't able to pick it up do to not having a truck, but I asked if they would help with delivery and Ivan didn't hesitate to offer a hand awesome attitude..

Let me begin with stating how unsatisfied with the services I did not receive. I schedule this company to come out and give me a quote. Two guys showed up, evaluated my project and told me they would send a quote to my email. I check my email for several days waiting on the quote to be sent. I placed a call Ivan three days later and left a detail message. The next day I place another call and spoke with Ivan who related he would figure out which workers came out to my home and return my call. No response and that was over a week ago.

Let's begin with how satisfied my husband and I are with the fine quality job Trejos performed! We needed railings, but always had difficulty with just someone coming out to give us an estimate or they were way to expensive....Trejos is very reasonable and Ivan was very pleasant to work with..... he came to give us a quote and no joke within the same week we got our railings installed...Trejos was Excellent from the beginning to the end! We discussed our original concept with Ivan and he made it happen We Highly recommend them and yes they will make sure your completely satisfied....Very professional

If you enjoy calling a company numerous times with no response then finally reaching someone and they blow off the appointment, then this is the business for you. In addition, their voicemail stays full. Anyway, I can only imagine how they treat customers after being paid. I feel fortunate that they blew me off because customer service is important to me and they haven't a clue here!!!

We recently had a gate installed for our driveway. I had a very vague idea of what I was looking for and Ivan was able to create a gate better than I imagined. He was also extremely patient with me asking tons of questions and changing the original plans. Prices were fair and the gate is made very well. Overall we are very happy and would recommend them to others.
