I am a first-time boat owner so I know less than the average person. Since calling Suncoast for a few warranty service calls which is common and getting scheduled maintenance, I have been treated with great care attention and patience. I have never felt stupid or like I was a problem. When the job is done, they don't just walk away, they ensure I am pleased and then even follow up.

I had fluid leaking out the top of one of my sail drives. Suncoast came out and removed both of them for inspection and resealing. After spending over $4,000, the same leaking saildrive is leaking worse than before. I am now in the Virgin Islands and stuck. I’ve called Suncoast a couple of times, but the one mechanic I talked to was zero help. They promised me that the owner would call me, but that hasn’t ever happened. I am very unhappy!
