Called and spoke to Jim after sending Pictures of our current setup which is an indoor barbeque which we want to convert to a wood burning stove or wood burning stove/ pizza oven. He was of no help and could not recommend whether we should contact a mason or fireplace installer. He basically said they're brands don't support using an existing chimney. How are these guys still in business after reading the 2 previous reviews and my phone interaction!

I had In Season Fireplace install a gas insert last fall and I could not be happier with the purchase. The insert puts of so much heat into our family room. Tom spent a lot of time working with us from selecting the fireplace to the installation. Definitely recommend them!

We went in with our measurements filled out from the companies website. Our intention was to purchase a fireplace that night (last night). My girlfriend and I went back and forth with each other regarding which style we liked better and the young, salesman kept disagreeing with what I was saying regarding color selection. He wanted to be right, a young man with an ego problem.

My girlfriend and I literally agreed on a fireplace we liked and he interjected saying he didn't feel what we chose would match our current fireplace bricks properly. We liked it and we wanted to buy it. This guy

Definitely recommend In Season Fireplace. Bought a linear gas fireplace from them and had it installed last week. Staff helped me make the right decision on the size and model. Installation went very smooth. Tom spent extra time showing me the ins and out of the fireplace and how to operate.

We had In Season install a gas insert for our house this past winter and absolutely love it! We went to a few other places, but by far In Season had the largest selection. Matt showed us all of our options and spent a lot of time educating us and we were able to find the best unit that would work for us. Tom came out to our house and made sure that the insert we picked out would fit. When it came time to install the insert, their crew were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up after the install and spent the extra time to show me and my wife how to operate the insert. Nice to see there

Disgusting Customer Service! Our company purchased a natural gas stove from In Season. The stove was listed and purchased as natural gas. We also purchased a conversion kit for propane in case the gas company couldn't run the natural gas line to the stove. The gas company installer was able to run the natural gas line to the stove and hooked it up but it failed to operate properly. The installer determined that the stove was set up for propane evidently right from the factory but was labeled incorrectly. WE DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEM WE PAID FOR!! The installer had to arrange for another service

We had a house built in 2010 and In Season provided and installed our fireplace. Last year we began having problems with the fireplace staying lit - we used the technician recommended by In Season (they don't service) and he could not fix or identify the problem. I contacted the Manufacturer, Vermont Castings, who told me the fireplace we were sold was a 2007 model and parts are only made for 10 years so trying to replace specific parts wasn't even an option. I contacted In Season several times and asked for the owner, Tom - I never received a return call and am shocked at how little
