DaVinci Fireplaces are distinctive & captivating; with clean lines, elegant proportions, purely custom to your specifications.
If you purchased your gas fireplace, stove or insert from us, we offer an annual service, typically in the Spring and Summer months. If we did not originally install your unit, please let us know the make and model - found on the rating plate underneath the fireplace - and we would be happy to let you know if it's something we can service.
We have many types of gas fireplace options to choose from. Each type has its own benefits that should be considered based on your individuals needs. But the hidden beauty here is convenience: a cozy fire at the touch of a button, even when the power's out; built in thermostats that regulate flame and heat; compatibility with LP and natural gas - your choice.
Inserts are specifically designed to fit into the opening of an existing metal (zero clearance) or masonry fireplace. Essentially, an insert is composed of a metal housing that contains the fire, ceramic glass windows, a faceplate (usually decorative) that covers the junction between the firebox and the edge of the existing fireplace cavity, and an air intake and exhaust system.

For starters, the fireplace looks amazing. Beyond the look, the team was extremely professional and polite. They were able to come in, remove the old 400lb stove we had, and get the new unit installed within a few hours.

Rochester Fireplace was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend them! Devon was incredibly helpful in explaining the different types of gas fire inserts we could select along with the surrounding aesthetics. She was also very conscious of budget and showed us different options we could take to remain at the price point in which we were comfortable.

Rochester Fireplace was amazing to work with! Devon was very patient with all of my questions and always responded so quickly. Cameron went above and beyond to handle the process of changing our wood burning fireplace on a stone wall into a gas fireplace surrounded by drywall. We love the way it turned out and feel confident it was done right. It’s so nice to find a company that you can count on to be extremely conscientious, follow through with what they say they will do, and to take pride in and stand behind the job that they do.

I recently had a wood stove converted to a gas one by Cameron and crew. They were super professional the entire time and did an excellent job leaving everything clean. The stove sent to them by the manufacturer had a flaw that created a whistle on the highest setting. Rochester Fireplace made sure the install wasn’t completed until everything was working perfectly. Such a pleasant group of people. I highly recommend!

We recently purchased a gas insert from Rochester Fireplace. Our purchase and installation experience were handled by true professionals who made sure we got the perfect insert to meet our needs. The sales team listened to make sure the insert had the functions we desired, but would also match the decor in our home. We were even shown computer images of the various inserts superimposed on a photo of our fireplace, and that helped immensely.

We couldn't have imagined things going as well as they did with Rochester Fireplace. The entire experience was great. The initial step of going to their very nice showroom where everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable was great. Cameron coming out and making sure certain fireplaces would fit was quick and allowed us to choose exactly what we wanted. The installation was flawless, our house is spotless, and the final walk through of what does what and how it works was great. Would highly recommend them to any and everyone.
